Some of the most severe acts of thievery against corporations are done by an inside person.

God states his people have committed two specific sins in Jeremiah 2:13 (entire chapter)

Isaiah 55:6-9; 6 – Seek the LORD while he may be found; call on him while he is near. 7 – Let the wicked forsake his way and the evil man his thoughts. Let him turn to the LORD, and he will have mercy on him, and to our God, for he will freely pardon. 8 – “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD. 9 – “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.
THERE IS A CORRELATION BETWEEN THESE TWO PASSAGES
Colossians 3:1-10; 1 – Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. 2 – Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. 3 – For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. 4 – When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory. 5 – Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry. 6 – Because of these, the wrath of God is coming. 7 – You used to walk in these ways, in the life you once lived. 8 – But now you must rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips. 9 – Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices 10 – and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator.
Ephesians 4:22 – You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; 23to be made new in the attitude of your minds; 24and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
Romans 12:2 – Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is–his good, pleasing and perfect will.
Romans 6:4 – We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.
Romans 7:6 – But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code.
2 Corinthians 5:17 – Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!
Colossians 3:10 – and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator.
Titus 3:5 – he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit
Ephesians 4:27 – and do not give the devil a foothold.
1 Peter 5:8 – Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. 9Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings.
James 4:7 – Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
1 Peter 1:13 – Therefore, prepare your minds for action; be self-controlled; set your hope fully on the grace to be given you when Jesus Christ is revealed.
1 Thessalonians 5:6 – So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be alert and self-controlled. 7For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, get drunk at night. 8But since we belong to the day, let us be self-controlled, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet.
2 Timothy 4:5 – But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry.
1 Peter 4:7 – The end of all things is near. Therefore be clear minded and self-controlled so that you can pray.

Revelation 7:17 – For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; he will lead them to springs of living water. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”
Revelation 21:6 – He said to me: “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To him who is thirsty I will give to drink without cost from the spring of the water of life.

Psalm 42:1-2; 1 As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, O God. 2 My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God?

Isaiah 41:17 – “The poor and needy search for water, but there is none; their tongues are parched with thirst. But I the LORD will answer them; I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them.
Psalm 44:3 – It was not by their sword that they won the land, nor did their arm bring them victory; it was your right hand, your arm, and the light of your face, for you loved them.
